My Story
I have been a dedicated member of the North Star team for five years and currently serve as a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) while studying to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I provide compassionate, trauma-informed care, with a focus on supporting young adults on the autism spectrum. Through multidisciplinary collaboration and strategies informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help individuals build meaningful skills that promote independence, confidence, and success in everyday life.
I strive to meet each individual where they are and create a supportive environment that honors their strengths, needs, and personal goals. I believe in building genuine connections and working collaboratively with individuals, families, and other professionals to help each person thrive.
Outside of work, I am a proud mother to a strong-willed four-year-old. Originally from San Diego, I have called Washington home for several years. As a member of the Kitsap County community, I am deeply committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the individuals and families I serve. From Poulsbo to Port Orchard, I value collaboration, compassion, and meaningful connections within the community I am proud to call home.
